We purposely created an open space on one side of the studio for HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and HIIT classes. This area is equipped with rowers, kettlebells, slam balls, battle ropes, Echo bike (it's miserably beautiful), TRX, SkiErg, and pull-up bars.

Kettle Ball


Train began in the Spring of 2020 when twelve friends and fellow fitness enthusiasts who had been training together had a desire for something more and to create that something.

The pandemic and resulting gym shutdowns frustrated the twelve, particularly since “stronger people are harder to kill.” Their resolve quickly resulted in the formation of a “speakeasy gym” located in a rented garage with various members all throwing in their own equipment to create a bigger and better facility.

The twelve soon realized having unlimited access to a private gym, punctuated by their highly social group training sessions - emphasizing both fitness and comradery - formed the backbone of something special. Talk began of starting their own permanent facility, the building was purchased, and .Train became a reality.
