A first-class fitness facility located in the heart of downtown Glen Ellyn. Train and its members are committed to a healthy lifestyle, without the constraints of a class schedule or limited hours of operation.
Train is furnished with top-of-the-line equipment for any of your fitness needs, cardio, HIIT, functional fitness, and strength training. Our facility is designed to feel like your own private gym, with easy in and out functionality. You won’t need a map to find what you need for your workout.
HIIT STUDIO
We purposely created an open space on one side of the studio for HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and HIIT classes. This area is equipped with rowers, kettlebells, slam balls, battle ropes, Echo bike, TRX, SkiErg, and pull-up bars. Growth comes from trying new things and this side has plenty of fun equipment to change up your routine.
WEIGHT ROOM
Hit the weight room and leave a stronger person. Designed by athletes for athletes, this high-performance training space is the real deal. There are no unnecessary distractions so you can stay focused and committed to achieving your fitness goals. We have all the equipment you need for strength training and likely some things you’ve never seen to target muscles in a new way.

INDIVIDUAL CHOICE
With the most secure and private training experience in Glen Ellyn, you will be able to come as you please with a secure entrance, and train by yourself, or with a group.
FLEXIBILITY TRAINING
Join one of our trainers for an hour of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works with every muscle group. Flexibility Training will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance, and core strength. Have your own trainer and want access? Have them reach out to us to accommodate.
WEIGHT TRAINING
Train as you wish, as you begin a journey to get faster, stronger and healthier. Weight training is suitable for everyone at all fitness levels. It is an excellent training program, taking advantage of the body’s natural movements. Don’t hesitate, start today!
